Windows wont let me use my graphics card

I want to test my old graphics card (GeForce 8800 Ultra) but windows 10 wont let me and keeps saying stuff like AMD stopped working, i have freshly installed windows 10 as well but it keeps doing this to me

Define it not "letting" you use it. Does it POST? Does it boot? After you log on, can you open a video? Or a game? Does it blue screen?
