Windows Won't Load after reset.

After building a new desktop and sticking the harddrive from my last desktop into it, it booted up fine. I decided to reset/reinstall windows. After it finished reinstalling it rebooted and went to a loading circle. I let it go for about 2 and a half hours and it was still loading. So i restarted my desktop a few times and every time it still was stuck on the loading screen. After looking it up online no solution i can find works. The os is windows 10.

Do you have W10 boot disk/USB ?

Yes i do.

Wel, boot of it and go for repair option.

I fixed it by putting the usb drive with the windows boot on it. when I started up my computer i went into the boot menu and set it so it booted the usb drive first. After that it started installing windows automatically to my hardrive. So fixed!
