[SOLVED] Windows won't load properly

Hey, my computer loads to the start menu but won't load any icons just the menu bar at the bottom. If I try to click it the mouse just turns to load icon for a bit then back to mouse and then turns to load icon everytime I mouse over start bar after. I tried safe mode but it's same issue just in safe mode. I was using about 5 GB each of my 2 of my hard drives as ram to run a game when it crashed and this happened in case that's important.

How are you trying to install Windows?

Most likely you will need to do a clean install.

Tnx that worked I went out and got a usb and reinstalled windows and now I'm in again with everything working thank you I'll let you know if I run into anything as setting everything up and reinstalling everything
