Question Windows won't load

I had a failed system restore so I had to do a forced shutdown after being stuck in initialising for 3 hours. I've just turned the laptop on but now I'm getting options for trouble shooting. none seem to work. Can anyone help. Thanks

I tried to do another system restore but it says you must enable system protection on this drive. Does this sound like I've lost windows. I think this might mean a trip to the computer repair shop.
