Question Windows won't post, stuck on windows

I just upgraded my cpu and made sure everything was plug in and everything was secured, but my pc won't post. It's stuck on windows and it is just spinning and spinning. I added the ryzen 5 5500

Did you update your BIOS before you swapped the CPU?
