Hello everyone, After i upgraded my computer I have noticed an issue with my computer and not entering sleep mode after its been inactive. I have already changed the internet adapters to never wake the computer as well as the mouse but, it still won't enter sleep. I have also changed the setting to not allow multi-media preventing sleep. Basicly i have tried almost everything i could find on a quick google search for a fix so now I'm asking the fellow IT community. Not sure if this is a Windows 10 issue for sure and I am debating on reinstalling W10 with the safeboot loader so i can move to W11 but not entirely sure if that would fix my dilemma lol. Hardware specs are in my signature :)

As a bandaid, I have a batch file on the desktop that I execute to force my computer to sleep when I am done with it for the day but if something draws me from my computer for several hours ide like for it to enter sleep on it own without me telling it to sleep lol.

Think i figured out why my computer wasn't entering sleep. decided to double-check the power settings and it got changed to never sleep... Idk how it got changed to that because i remember recently setting it to sleep after 1 hour. Does anyone have an idea on why windows would change that setting?
