Windows won't start

please help i use my pc for work, it has been shut down without closing down first due to my son turning of the plug. now my pc wont load, it is saying windows has not been shut down roperly and to restart as normal but it doesn't work. other options they are giving is Networking, comand promt, and config at last working file but none of them are doing anything. lease hel

Is there an option for last known good configuration? If not, boot into normal mode or safe mode, then just restart the PC normally. It shouldn't come up the next time.

Agree with aford11.

Try booting the computer into safe mode, on some computers you can "force" the computer to go into safe mode by keeping the F8 key pressed as the computer starts, then select the start the computer in safe mode option.
