Windows wont start

So recently i was messing on my pc (Dell Optiplex 780) and i removes the cmos battery and now the pc goes fo windows error recovery and ive did the startup repair twice and it still does it. How do i fix this or is my pc done for?

see if that works when you start a cmd from the startup repair menu on the install media.
