Windows wont start

Hello all ! Its me again. My new build has been off for a few days and when i went to turn it on windows wont start. i also noticed a screen that said ees is off please turn on. i tried taking out battery to clear cmos but to no avail. HELP PLEASE !!!

Nevermind everyone ! i pulled the battery again and this time it worked. sorry to waste time. i did post a bios question though so please feel free to look at that.
