Windows won't update!!!!

I have Windows XP Pro SP2. Auto updates are on. A few months back, I noticed that I constantly had the yellow shield with the ! saying I had an update ready to dl and install. Its security update KB920670. Ok, I prompted to do its thing. Reboot...still there. Try again....still there. Go to windows site to manually update. Can dl and install many other things/updates from Microsoft.com,but KB920670 still remains. Its been months now, no matter what I do, that update remains. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix for it? Its driving me up the wall!!!!

try to dl it directly http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...ac-f03d-474a-a7ab-49e8ead8edb0&displaylang=en if that doesn't help than simply hide the update and to **** with it.
