windows works in safemode

Windows keeps crashing in normal mode but not in safemode. ive reinstalled windows and also have done sfc scannow and there wasn't a problem. all my drivers are updated.

i used a usb to reinstall windows and its 64 bit home

did you use "custom" install where it overwrote everything (including your apps and data) or did you use the "fix" or "recover" mode? Win10, right?

i did custom where it uninstalled everything. yes its win10

You have some old piece of hardware (or peripheral, like an old printer, ps/2 mouse maybe, just outright old motherboard) most likely that doesn't have drivers for windows 10, and is causing problems when Windows 10 tries to boot up into normal mode.
Safemode works because it's only the absolute barest and basic of drivers.
