Windows XP (32 bit) and Windows 7 (64 bit)

Hello,
I have Dual Core CPU with 2.5 GB of RAM.I already have windows XP service pack 2 32 bit OS and want to install Windows 7 of 64 bit OS
on different partition.So it is possible to work either of them successfully.Because i am using heavy softwares like Adobe Photoshop and Flash on XP. and Want to install Microsoft Visual studio 2008 and SQL server 2005 on windows 7.So can i do this. Please help me

Depends on the CPU you are using. What kind of CPU are you using? (make and model)

As far as everything else you mentioned you should be fine. Both Visual studio 08 and SQL server 05 are compatible with windows 7 64 bit.

Visual Studio 08 compatible

SQL server 05 compatible
