Hi all. When I'm trying to install Windows XP to my laptop, after the black screen with flashing _ it show a bsod: 0x0000000a irql_not_less_or_equal. I tried to change SATA Mode from achi to ide, integrate sata drivers in install files with nlite, but nothing was work.
My laptop: Toshiba Satellite c850d-c4s
Othes Windows installing succesfully, but this one not.

I already trying that and it'd not helped me

Yup. Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 working fine, but i want to install XP.

Its possible that it won't allow an older OS to function on newer hardware, I had that issue about 5 years ago on a system I built and even though I was able to fully install Win XP, the system would BSOD multiple times throughout the day, especially when gaming. At this point if I were you I would try a different install method by using a flash drive to install XP but also disabling the disk drive as well and see if that helps. Sorry I couldn't be much help.

I can't find a solution about this a whole year. Anyway, thanks for your attempt to help me.
