windows xp can't delete file

there is a file on my desktop that I can t delete/move when I move it to a new folder it just makes a copy and moves it to the folder, and there is no delete option period help please

the file has no name it doesn't show up on anything, on the desktop it has the name America online but everywhere else it's like it doesn't exist
