Hi there,
My cousins computer was beginning to get really slow so i done a factory reset on it. However when prompted about networking i got confused so i skipped it.(Windows XP) When it opened up i couldn't access the internet (duh). So i just need help on setting it up as i have no experience with networking. The internet was working perfectly before the system restore and everything is still attached the way it was.(BT Hub 3.0)
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Solution
Right-click on "My computer" icon in Windows Explorer, then "Properties". Find out what "Service Pack " level your PC is at.
Open command prompt (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Command prompt). You'll get black windows with white letters saying something like "C:\Windows\System32".
Execute "ipconfig /all" (without quotes). Post results here.
