Don't say "pls help". We will help you no matter what.
Try different USB ports. Also, try plugging only one thing at a time, to check which is causing problems.

I was trying to fix my computer for the last 2 and a half hours it would freeze everytime i restarted the xp logo bar wouldnt even start it would be instantly frozen ......safe mode wouldnt work and all the other options wouldnt work.....but i unplugged my steelseries keybaord and logitech mouse and restared my desktop and it loaded up within 2 seconds im confused :/

Your ports may be having a grounding issue, try other usb peripherals with the machine and see if things like flash drives cause it to freeze up. But more likely you have a driver issue that can be solved by disabling or uninstalling the drivers for whatever the device names are under device manager.
