Windows XP "has recovered from a serious error"

My computer is crashing multiple times a day with the dreaded "recovered from a serious error" message. The message suggests a device driver as a cause and even suggests changing video adapters (I have a 3 monitor system, so there are three of them). The codes given are:

0XC0000005
0X8054B339
0XAC925A60
0X00000000

Can you help me troubleshoot this problem? I would appreciate it!

It sounds like you already have the answer to your question. Most likely it is the video driver that may need updating. Have you tried updating your video driver? How about installing all of the latests XP updates?

A bad or corrupted driver will make your computer do wacky things such as rebooting and freezing up.
