Problem with moving the page up and down. It loads so slowly that I could see the frames refreshing as I scroll down or up. Any ideas?

my hardware should be able to support faster speeds. E6600, X1900XT,

I mean even computers like p3 can scroll up and down webpages or applications faster then my comp at the moment..

Is this a new unit?

Sounds like the graphics drivers haven't been installed.

Right-click the Desktop - Properties - Settings.

Underneath the word Display you should see your monitor coupled with the driver. If it says Standard VGA - you need to install the latest drivers for your graphics system.

I agree - It definetly sounds like a graphic card driver issue. Check manufacture website see if there is new driver / issue regarding your card. - Ohh slim chance that it could be monitor driver / settings / refresh rate. Check the device manager Right click on my computer - properties - hardware tab - device manager, click the little plus sign and make sure the monitor you have shows up correctly and is the brand you are useing. if not you can hopefully download the driver from the manufactures website.
