I have been informed it would be best not to run Windows XP on a SSD. I know there is a limit, ok a large limited to read and writes on a SSD.
Is it true its bews not to run Windows XP on a Solid State Drive.

Xp has a limit on read and write on SSD?? huh who told you that? did you read that in an article somewhere? link it im curious to what is the reason for that.
it will only be limited to the capabilities of your motherboard. (ie you SSD is SATA3 then your motherboard is SATA 2 then you will see a limit in the speed)
