Windows xp taskbar completely froze after complete launch

Hello,

need your help with the subject above . I can't do ctrl alt del .. the only thing is moving is the mouse pointer but when I put it on the taskbar it changes into hourglass and thats it . Please help

Try booting into Safe Mode.

Sounds like you should back up your data and prepare to reload your OS.
