Windows XP won't connect to the Internet

Hi, y'all! I have a Windows XP Virtual Machine. It runs in VirtualBox 4.3.26. It will not load any pages. Current network settings:

Attached to: NAT

Adapter Type: Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (82540EM)

MAC Address: 080027EF5003

Cable Connected: Yes
I've tried a whole lot of things, but can't get it to connect.
Host: Ubuntu 14.10 32bit

UPDATE: Solved. I changed the adapter to PCnet-FAST III(Am79C973) and getting a new MAC address.
