Windows10 bluee screen loop

Hello. Yesterday i was in a hurry, i wanted to turn off my computer but i restarted it, and then i plug out and went. Today when i turned on my computer, i see that there is a blue screen and it has this code;
DRIVE_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
and is freezes just like that. I do not know what to do, i have really important things in my computer. could someone please help me ?

i tried to reset bios but nothing has change...

then try to boot from windows installation media and repair/reinstall your windows
