Hello everybody,
I bought a msi GS63VR 7RF laptop about a month ago (specs below). The performance is incredible and I love it. However, it has got some problems:
1- Micro stutters/glitches that freezes the windows for about half a second or less.
2- Applications randomly closing (Games, NetBeans, Chrome, etc...)
3- And the worst of all, sudden BSOD with different error codes (Memory Management, Critical Structure Corruption...)

I did sfc/scannow and of course some errors were found, and of course it couldn't fix them. I open the log created, and 4/5 of them had something to do with KeyboarDiagnostics which I couldn't locate to fix. I tried to use DISM but it gave me an error 87. So I thought last resort then! Reset windows. I used the windows reset option ( reset only the drive that had windows on it which is the 265GB SSD ), and what do you know, it FAILED! So I head to the msi reset using F3 key which worked like magic. I reset on Tuesday night and let it update overnight. Although I still had the stuttering and random apps closing, I had no BSODs, until Saturday morning. It gave a big nice MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error ( one of the early ones I used to get ).

Note 1: While trying to fix the BSOD errors one by one I updated BIOS and reset CMOs.
Note 2: After purchase, and due to crappy internet, I believe I had faulty windows update download, but that is not the case after reset.
Note 3: I fixed the stuttering by disabling Link Power Management in the Intel Rapid Storage Technology

Some are saying that the new Win10 Creators update fixed a lot of stuff for them, but it still hasn't rolled out for me ( hoping for the best :))

As I was writing this post, I have had sfc /scannow do its thing, and again, errors found but it cannot fix it. The errors are:

Any help would be highly appreciated. If any information is missing please ask me and I will reply. I will try to keep this thread updated as much as possible.

Did you upgrade from a previous version of Win10. Since some of the errors says 10.0.14393.0. You're using .953

The creators update hasnt come out yet. The last update updated Win10 to 10.0.14393.953

I would get the mediacreation tool and get the ISO. This will download 10.0.14393.591

Then use rufus put it on a flash drive / delete all partitions then reinstall Win10

Upload the dmp files to onedrive thwen post the link

The laptop is like 2 months old in the market, it came with win10 installed. All I did was update.
I will do so, but I have to download at night since my ISP charges me heavily during day. How do I get the dmp files? and can I post them to google drive?

Note that my cousin bought the same notebook as me at the same time but he didn't face any of the problems mentioned.

Do you have any idea what caused this?

By "delete all partitions the reinstall Win10" you mean partitions of the drive where Win10 is installed (SSD only), or even the HDD too?

So I should open the laptop to unplug it? Is there a virtual way? Because opening the laptop would void my warranty and I'd like to avoid that!

Concerning the dmp file, I assume want it before re-installing. However, it around 1GB, so it will be doing it over another night XD.

Possible eagleget is causing one of them. Uninstall it

I would find out what this driver belongs to RfeCo10X64.sys. Whatever this belongs to maybe causing a crash

Even Google doesnt know what it is

This file is 7 yrs old winio64.sys. MSI Dragoon Gaming Center. Either update it or uninstall it

Old drivers crash windows

Hey, I reinstalled windows as you suggested. And I already have a dump file that I will upload to the same google drive folder and the new sfc/scannow log (of course it found errors that it can't fix XD).
I have only 1 BSOD that I witnessed (however I was still in the process of downloading drivers so maybe that is why).
This morning, the laptop was turned off although I let it on for downloads. WhoCrashed says it has something to do kernel and bad memory management.
Would you please have a look at it? I am starting to doubt that it is a faulty hardware that is causing all this.

The ones labeled newest are the ones after reinstalling Windows10. As you can see it has already crashed twice, once before installing all drivers, and the other while downloading throughout the night with the lid closed.

Well, it crashed when I was using wifi, and I was downloading from Steam. I will be checking RAM, using memtest, to rule out hardware issues.
And what is better than chrome?
