Question Windows10 on Raspberry Pi4

I am not suggesting by any means this would be a fully functional PC, I am merely suggesting it has already been done on the Pi3 and it would be fun to measure the performance difference with the new Pi4.

I would try it myself if I was remotely qualified to figure it out.
