[SOLVED] Windows10 PC crashes at loading loop ?

My gaming pc is having a issue when booting where it crashes in the loading loop for some reason, it takes two goes to boot the operating system which is Win10, would someone be able to advise?

what are specs of the pc?

try turning this off - https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html and see if it makes any difference
