Windows10 reset error

I reset my laptop which had windows 10 and it took days before reporting it failed to reset and now it can not boot what should i do

Can you please elaborate the issue in more detail as in exactly what error appears on the screen when you try to boot, does the screen remain stable or the PC goes into restart loop, etc.?

I suggested a solution to one of the members with booting issues here. Can you please check and see if it helps you too?
