Solution
Let me just revise what you said:
*You have an old laptop with MBR Windows 7 (32 bit)
*You want to install Windows 10 on it
*You made an USB through Rufus
*You can't enter the BIOS but can land on the boot options
*Your USB is not seen there
*You decided to use WinToHDD
*It failed
*You then created an MBR USB using Rufus again
*It worked through the install process
*It failed up in the next boot

I have a few questions for you.
1)What Windows ISO have you used? You should use a Windows 10 32 Bit one. I suspect this was the problem. The PC was originally running Windows 7 32 bit, so it's very unlikely that it supports GPT. Please download the Windows 10 ISO download tool from...

Please download the Windows 10 ISO download tool from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and follow:

*Run it.
*Accept the agreement.
*Choose "Create installation media to upgrade another PC."
*Choose Windows 10 (version) - (your language) - 32 bit.
*Choose "ISO file".
*Choose your desktop as saving location.
*Wait until the tool prepares the ISO.

Then run Rufus with these settings:

*The ISO is chosen
*The USB is chosen
*Legacy/MBR in boot options
*"Standard Windows installation" in installation mode
*Tick "Add fixes for old BIOSes" under "Advanced drive options"
*Start

and try booting from the USB again. It should boot. Don't try to run the command line just yet, go with the install until you have the choose disk screen. Just delete everything and choose the unallocated space. That should work.
