Hello,
How do I insrall Email to my Windows7 Upgrade from Vista ?

You need to download it from windows live (or get thunderbird/outlook etc.). as for migrating existing emails/setting/contacts etc. Don't know I'm afraid

Windows Live Essentials is a Free suite from Microsoft that gives you programs like Mail, Photo editing, Movie and Parental controls. You can choose which ones to download. I upgraded my wifes Vista machine to Windows 7 and was able to install Windows Live Mail Essentials and it reconized all her email boxes from Mail in Vista.
It was a flawless transfer and even surprised me.
