So stil windows 7 can use.

Only if you are not using IGP or 200-series chipset. 100-series chipset (for Skylake 6th gen) has Win7 drivers and fits Kaby Lake processors (7th gen).

The 6th and 7th gen processors use the same IGP so someone will easily hack the drivers to work in 7, but you'd have to disable driver signing to use them.
