windowz ssd win7 won't recognize ssd

I recently installed a new samsung 840 evo 120 gb ssd and win7 will not recognize it! What. Do i need to do to fix this issue?

recognize it through my computer or recognize it through disk management? you need to format the drive in disk management before any use. (also check if bios senses the drive is plugged in)

It doesnt show up under my computet but it does under disk management!

then format it so as a proper formated disk, then it should be usable by windows
