WinMgmt error

I keep getting this WinMgmt error have no Idea how to fix it.

This is what GameBooster tells me. Will not come up anywhere in windows.

1203 - Description : Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace

It's actually a known error caused by GameBooster on some systems so all I can suggest is you stop using it. GameBooster itself uses system resources which would be put to better use on the game, so it makes no sense to use it. It's benefits are dubious at best - there's no substitute for adequate hardware if you want the best gaming performance.
