Winzip still on Windows explorer after unistalled

I recently installed win-zip on my computer. Then i decided to uninstall. I deleted all the program files. I even went in the windows registry and deleted corresponding keys. It doesn't appear on the list of installed programs.Yet for some reason on my file explorer it still shows the win zip option, and it shows win-zip type files. How do i completely remove win-zip.
