My Windows 10 got hit with an error I couldn't solve nor find a solution for, so I backed up my hard drive with the program Comodo Backup, and wiped my hard drive. Reinstalled windows without any trouble, used comodo to reinstall my files, and they're all on my computer. However, they're all in the file F as shown here, and I don't know how to make them the files Windows uses by default. I can't just delete the Program Files x86 that's from the windows reinstallation, so I'm lost on what to do. Any help would be great.

All my 600gb worth of files from pre-wipe, and so far a lot of them are actually recoverable http://i.imgur.com/VKZSQpX.png
Inside of Program Files x86 http://i.imgur.com/C1GAfHt.png
if you look at my taskbar, both steam, sharex, and clover, programs i downloaded before the wipe and have not reinstalled, worked after me going into the Program Files of F
I did have to reinstall the drivers for my wireless adapter though, so it's not perfect
Gonna keep opening files I have on F, see whats working and what's not
