[SOLVED] Wiping a hybrid drive?

I have a Seagate Momentus XT

This is a hybrid SDHD, which basically means it's partially a SSD stacked with a platter drive

I was using this for my main business, which means that its probably still has recoverable data on it. As you can imagine that is not the sort of data that I want on it if I want to sell it on eBay

How do I go about erasing all that data without damaging the SSD part of the drive?

You wipe it exactly like any other drive. The SSD portion is not separately addressable.
