[SOLVED] Wiping hard drives (pre-sale) while leaving windows installer

I've just inherited 2 PC from my former colleage (Laptop and desktop) which I now need to sell as they are still new enough to have resale value.

Both have SSD + HD, both have windows installer as a SSD partition, and in both cases on the SSD has been used.

Before selling I need to take sufficient steps to ensure that old business data isn't retrievable to the buyer, but I can't nuke the whole HD as it has Windows on. I could obviously remove the drives and sell w/o hard drives, but selling a laptop w/o a storage drive is obviously not going to work. Laptop has barely been used so security concerns are lower here as only a handful of docs stored.

Is there a good tool to achieve this securely, leaving in place my original partitions.

If I do take out the HDs from the Desktops , can I take the OEM windows with me and at least make use of them on a new machine?

Thanks in advance.
