Hello

Here's my house layout: Modem -> Router -> Switch -> [connected to 3 cat5e in wall cables, each connected to wall plates in different rooms] -> external cat6 -> PC

If I connect my PC to the wallplate in the same room, my speed is capped at 100mbps, while connecting my PC to another room's wall plate with a 25Ft cat6, I am getting gigabit speeds.
Speeds have been tested with iperf.

I have little to no knowledge regarding RJ45 connections. Attaching pictures for reference.

Appreciate any help. Thanks!

PS: Couldn't attach the images so adding them as links

Visually there is no obvious problem. BUT, visually doesn't count. It could be that end of the cable or the other end. There is no way to tell without test equipment that is expensive. The keystone jack you pictured can have the cable removed and redone
Just to be sure, try the 25ft patch cable with the wall plate that doesn't provide gigabit. It can always be the jumper as well as the wall connection.
