Network adapter is no longer recognized. Not sure what has happened. Additionally, an unrecognized Network Controller in showing up in Network adapters. This is most likely my issue but not sure what the fix might be. TIA for looking at this and trying to point me in the right direction. Sorry, I only have a picture of desktop screen which I haven't figured out how to insert so you might be able to see and ipconfig.
