[SOLVED] Wired devices not showing up in connected devices list

I just got a TP-Link Archer C5400 wireless router installed. Wireless works fine with all my devices, but my wired devices aren't showing up in my client list, save for one, my Solar City device. I've tried rebooting the router without them plugged in, but only 1 client shows up only. Need help, thanks.

Could it be that the devices that aren't showing up have static IPs and are not requesting anything from the DHCP server?

This is way above my paygrade. I'm assuming they are? Well, as I'm typing this, 2 of the 3 wired devices are showing up, just waiting for the 3rd one now. We've got our security cam system wired to a power line repeater. Could that be the problem? With the power line repeater?

It shouldn't be. Powerline network is transparent to the rest of the network.

OK, thanks, good to know. We're getting in touch with the security cam installer to get some help.
