Wired internet keeps disconnecting when i'm not in a game or watching twitch streams

Hi, i have an Asus gaming laptop from 2014, and i keep having this weird internet issue. My wired internet keeps disconnecting when im either browsing the web or are in queues in games. The weird thing about it is that if i have twitch in the background, it never disconnects. Same when im in-game in games like Overwatch, it keeps itself on until i come to the menu again and start a queue, then it sometimes just disconnects and i have to plug the cable in and out for it to work again. It seems like it is some setting that disconnects it when it doesnt use much internet, but i cant find which. When im watching youtube videos it also disconnects, so i have to have a twitch stream in the background 24/7 to keep it on all the time..

The sounds like a driver setting or fail,
Try to reinstall your network drivers, and when this happens go to services.exe and scroll to Wired AutoConfig and see if its turned off.
