Wired internet no longer working

I have just moved my desktop pc back home from uni. I have been on this network before and I have had no problems, earlier today on my virgin media internet at uni the internet was fine. Now at home it says that the router is at fault and needs to be reset, meanwhile all other devices in the house are working fine both wired and wireless

make certain that your tcpip settings are in auto. What version of windows are you running?
