Hello. I am having issues with multiple connections. I travel daily and use WiFi for my internet connection. I also have a NAS (WD MyCloud) that I take with me and use for a media server. This is connected through a Belkin N300 router. I have tried multiple "fixes" on the internet to get the multiple networks to work simultaneously, but nothing seems to work. If I connect to the WiFi first and then plug in the ethernet cable, I can use both (surf the net and access the NAS) for about 10 minutes. Then the WiFi stops working, DNS errors.

Is there a way to make this work? It would be really nice to watch some media on my NAS while downloading the materials I need for work and currently that is not possible.

Thanks

I'm making sure I got it right. The IP address of my router is 192.168.100.2, so I should set the IP of my laptop NIC card to say, 192.168.100.10

Correct?

That worked! I have had both connected all day with no issues. Thanks for the help.
