This issue is a bit more complicated (to me) than I am used to dealing with.

The background:

My office building distributes internet/network connectivity via ethernet ports in all the individual offices as well as a wireless router available to all tenants.
We were running an old Apple Airport as the router but it's coverage on the lower floors was lacking. We have upgraded to an Asus ASUS RT-AC68U router which I believe is configured correctly because it is providing internet and networking to those connected to it.
Our network's set up is internet from Comcast is sent from their modem to a switch that runs ethernet cords throughout the building to each of the offices. My office then has the router connected to it.

The problem:

I have tenants that under the old Airport router, had their computers wired into the wall and could access their wireless printer connected to the network. With my new Asus router, they can no longer see their printer on the network or any networked devices for the matter. My question is if all I did was swap out routers, why do their computers no longer see networked devices?

Any help or ideas would be great. The tenants are currently connected to the printer by a big ugly usb cord.
