i have a weird problem regarding my wired connection, it can't connect to DIR-615 but wireless works just fine
when i use wireless, it connect to modem/router (i'm not sure if this model is modem/router) just fine with default address of the modem of 192.168.0.1, but when i use the wired connection, it simply state 'no internet access' and using Diagnose will yield 'Local Area Connection doesn't have valid IP configuration'.
i've checked in modem if DHCP is enabled, and yes it is, i enabled my own DHCP in IPv4, doesn't work, recently i assign static IP to the wired connection's Ethernet and it works, but with almost no connection, pinging modem got =>1ms but reply is only a few seconds, and RTO for the rest of the time. tried it again today and it can't even detect the connection, listed as 'Unidentified Network'. using DHCP always gets loop IP.
i've tried almost everything on google (flushdns, winsock, release/renew, uninstall/install driver of wired adapter, MAC spoofing, assigning static address to my laptop from modem, changing cables, power cycle, etc, etc) but no result, and funny thing is modem only able to recognize my wireless adapter, i tried entering my wired adapter MAC address and disabling the wireless adapter, even after manually assigning IP,gateway, etc, connection refused to work.
can anyone help me regarding this issue? running on Windows 7

here is the addresses of WAN LAN and WLAN, i've tried to manually config my IPv4 to connect to WAN, it works but connects intermittently, got >1ms once every minute (almost unusable), is the connection blocked by something?
here's the intermittent connection i was talking about
and to add, it seems i'm not the only one having this issue, a few roommates starts complaining to network's owner, and i get temporary access to the router to check this issue
