Wired Router -> Wireless Router -> WiFi streaming problems (Linksys)

I want to do the following: Stream from my PC that's wired to...
Wired Router: Linksys BEFSR41
Connected to that router is...
Wireless Router: Linksys WAP54G
Connected to that router via WiFi is Chromecast (have tried other devices, same result)

But I can't get devices on the wired network to communicate with devices on the wireless network. Specifically, my computer doesn't see Chromecast, but WiFi devices also can't see my computer.

Is it possible to do wired to wireless streaming with 2 routers? If so, what settings most likely need to be changed (UPNP is off, DHCP is on, can give more settings detailed if needed.)

Basically, you turn OFF most of the router functions on the second one. Turn off DHCP, give it a static IP address from the main, stuff like that.

If I make the wireless router an access point, will it effect how devices connect to it? IE, will a device that has the SSID and PW saved be able to connect back to the network with no changes on the devices?

Yes. The AP is mainly just a passthrough to the main router.

Funny thing, I already had the thing set to an AP with a static IP without remembering I did that. (The default gateway I use on the wireless is the same as the wired.)

The wireless is an old school router from 04/05 without any LAN ports. If the article is right, it may be the WAN port on the wireless causing the problem.
