Wired Xbox 360 Controller Constant vibration

Hi Guys.

My Xbox 360 Controller ( for PC ) Suddenly Disconnected ( Green Light turned off ) , and it started only vibrating non-stop.

tried plugging it back and fourth , still vibrating when i connect it to the USB port, tried it on other PC's still same problem.

any Fix ?

Seems broken since it's failing on a different computer as well. It might be an internal switch or logic circuit locked in place, I don't really know but it doesn't sound like something easy to fix.

You could try tapping it against a hard surface... that works in the movies.
