Wireless adapters TP-Link PCI not being detected by windows

so my problem is that i formatted my computer today and i havn't had any issues with this wireless adapter in the past but the network adapter doesn't show up in my device manager at all im on windows 7 and my motherboard is MSI H97M-G43 i assume its something to do with the BIOS but i cant figure it out

Be sure to install the latest motherboard chipset (including network adapter) drivers from the mobo website. If you changed nothing in the BIOS from pre-format to present, it's not likely to be the BIOS.

Ive already done all this and now my gpu isn't being detected either
