I can't seem to connect to the router via a wired connection but can using a wireless connection.

I have tried resetting my router, uninstalling realtek drivers, and ipconfig /renew.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Solution
it shows you are not receiving an IP from the router.

if you are sure the network cable that goes directly from your computer to the router is okay, have you tried using a static IP?
