Can I connect a bluetooth security camera to my PC without the receiver?

Unknown. Some cameras use a non-standard radio link to the base station. What make and model camera?

as said will depend what camera

though be aware that if its unencrypted bluetooth any one really near it may be able to see what the camera sees

never really looked into bluetooth security so not sure how easily its vulnerable
