I have got a new system with Gigabyte H270MD3H motherboard and I want to install my old wireless card Netgear WG311v3.

I don't know to which slot i should plug this into.

yes, that is a pci card, you need to use the lower pci port on your mainboard as described previously

this card is a one antenna only, so if you haven't added a external bigger antenna consider changing that small antenna for a bigger one

on a desktop pc a wifi card is the less desirable part to have, wifi signal strength, weirdness on ping and connectivity issues makes a ethernet adapter and a good cat 6 cable alot more desirable, only useful when you don't want cables and don't play online games
Your ancient wireless G uses the old PCI standard which is likely not even on your motherboard.
There was still a slot or two of these on previous generation DDR3 era hardware but you really dont see them in modern platforms.

You can get a pci-e to pci adapter bracket but for the same price you can get a newer wifi card that will use both modern wifi standards as well as supporting the much superior WPA2 encryption.

The Gigabyt H270M-D3H has two PCI slots (the two inner slots beside the battery between the two PCIe x16 slots). Not sure what GPU you are using, but, more than likely, it will cover the first PCI slot. So, you can plug your old wireless card in the 2nd PCI slot (i.e., the 3rd slot out of all 4 slots in your mobo).
