Wireless connected; limited access. Wired works.

Dell i3 Latitude E4310, originally from Australia. The wireless worked back there. Now limited here in Canada; no idea why.

Current state:
Connected
I receive and send
Limited Access - cannot connect to any websites

Things I have tried;
Format
Reset TCP/IP
Connecting to router with 192.168.0.1 & 1.1 (nothing showed up)
Making sure DNS and IP addresses are put to automatic.
Troubleshoot comes up with: Windows can't communicate with the device or resource (primary DNS server)
The wife refuses to go Windows 7...
